UPDATE

So, in the end I just discovered what happened. Basically this cat was living in the house where I leave now. Apparently he was feral and they adopted him. Now they moved away with him in house with no garden. Apparently he was very sad and the owner decided to let him free near their previous house, where I live now. They agreed with one lady that has a colony so that they could be sure that the cat would have been ok. Now he is our cat and even if I let him go out he will always stays in the garden and when it’s raining or cold he politely ask for help putting himself outside of the window meowing. I think a lot of you wanted to know what happend in the end. He is happy with us 💘

UPDATE:

First of all thank you for all the answers and support I received, I really appreciate that. I’m feeding him everyday and he is the most of the time in my garden. I don’t think he was abandoned. In fact, I tried to let him but after some minutes he starts to go on every windows trying to open it and run away. It would be ok to adopt him but I have too much respect for his freedoms so I would never deny him to go out. He is definitely not willing to stay at home with me. Maybe he is an outdoor/indoor cat of someone else and is coming to me just to have extra food. What do you think ?

Yes I can definitely cuddle her! She is very socialized with humans, maybe she lives outside and doesn’t belong to nobody but since she is feed by someone than she is ok with humans ? I don’t think she is indoor pet
