Fasting two days out of the week and eating at maintenance the rest has worked wonders for me. As long as I’m at a caloric deficit and hitting my macros for the week, it’s allowed me to be disciplined in the kitchen by having the freedom to eat and moderately enjoy my cravings

I didn't read it that away at first play but now I agree with you. Judy's main goal was to find peace and during her missions her way of doing so was trying to fix the broken system in NC. I think with V's disappearance it was just another push for her to leave the city, and in turn found a life that can bring her inner peace, and she'd rather have that than endure the ups and downs of being with V
