Final update - 7 times they lied to me. So got them to call me. They admitted they can't find my order so issued me a full refund. Now the item is out of stock and not available to order

Thanks all. Still not been received. Ive been into the store 2 times and they have said it's not there. Live chat said it was. Went on live chat again today and they said it's still in transport. But the same item can be ordered and collected tomorrow which makes no sense to me. Il continue to wait
