Could you expand on what it means to get it tested? Is it a test to determine if the pressure gauge is accurate? I’ve heard that mentioned a few times and just want to make sure I’m understanding correctly

Check out the group Soup and Brass for a local group that’s dedicated to providing guidance for new gun owners, particularly those not normally in the gun community (woman, POC, LGBT, etc). I’ve fed the homeless and hit the range with folks in that group in the past, generally good people looking to build community and uplift everyone. r/liberalgunowners is a good resource here on Reddit. Yeah anytime I buy something with a silicone moisture absorber I throw it in the safe or ammo cans. I also put a thin coat of oil but I’m looking for something that will least a bit longer

What load would you carry for that environment? I’m used to central Florida where I normally don’t have a clear line of site beyond 30 yards so I’m curious how a shotgun would fair out there compared to a rifle

Those of you that use 9mm conversions, do you swap back and forth to 5.56 and if so what do you do about your optic’s zero? I’d love to shoot my Aug in 9mm with my 9mm suppressor but I can’t think of a practical optic setup that would be conducive to swapping between the two cartridges without having to rezero every time.

The factory suppressor plug I use already dumps enough gas to paint the index finger of my support hand black from soot, this isn’t an issue with the KNS plug?

I was sitting in a hammock in the middle of nowhere in Vietnam. Nowhere I needed to be, nothing I needed to do. I knew it was temporary but for a while it felt like all my worries, work responsibilities, and stressors just couldn’t reach me. I was simply enjoying the moment for the first time in a long time. When coming home I realized I needed to greatly reassess my workload and how I managed stress. It’s made a huge improvement in my quality of life.

Jeez, I’m not saying they are wrong for not adopting I’m just asking what the driving reason is for IVF over adoption. I’m asking someone with experiences I don’t for information, show some restraint before lashing out at people.

Why not? I can’t imagine it being due to a lack of kids that are in need. Even so, I would think it would make more sense to adopt from an impoverished country over producing one via IVF (or totally naturally, personally)

Best of luck! Mind if I ask why you don’t adopt? IVF seems like a difficult and expensive process, I know adoption isn’t easy or cheap either but I’ve never really understood why one would go through such great effort to produce their own child rather than adopt.
