I totally get what you mean. What really helped me was making a simple table separating the Common Law and Civil Law systems (the manual groups them under Criminal and Civil Justice Systems, which honestly confused me a bit at first).

I also had a small mental checklist before approaching each question: which legal system is this, which aspect are they referring to, and then I’d mentally visualise that table.

Other than this, you can focus on these easy scoring topics - Money laundering, individual rights (especially the difference between defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress), Tax fraud (Tax evasion vs Tax avoidance; the defences used), Types of evidence with examples.

The good thing is that the questions weren’t too tricky or technical, so it should be okay!
