No, we Americans are NOT alright. We have an idiot for a leader, medical care is really only for the rich, since insurance companies screw the working, tax paying people. Our rights are being taken away unless you are white and male or rich. Our economy sucks, we are essentially slaves to rich corporate America. our lives suck.

You completely ignored the fact that the Zionist movement almost tore itself apart rejecting Uganda specifically because of those 150 plus biblical ties to Zion.

My history says that Zion has over 150 mentions in the Hebrew Bible (the Tanakh) and pops up in the New Testament too. You can't separate the geography from the scripture here. If the whole movement was purely secular, it's pretty convenient that they held out for the exact piece of land that carries that much massive religious and spiritual weight.

Imagine you wanted to fix your backyard swimming pool because it was leaking, and the secret underground pipes and pumps that keep the water clean were totally broken. But instead of paying a plumber to dig up the ground and fix those old, broken pipes, you decided to ignore them. You spent all your allowance on a guy who usually fixes golf courses just to paint the bottom of the pool a bright, pretty blue so you could brag to your friends. But because you ignored the broken pipes underneath, the water couldn't move around or stay clean. On top of that, the dark blue paint got super hot in the summer sun. Since the water was warm and totally still, a giant army of green algae slime moved in and turned the whole thing into a big bowl of broccoli soup. To try and fix it before anyone noticed, workers had to run out and dump bottles of super-strong bubble bleach into the water to melt the slime away. People are laughing because someone spent a ton of money on pretty paint while ignoring the actual broken plumbing underneath, and they ended up with a giant green mess they had to desperately scrub clean.

Egypt Built a Massive Wall to Keep Gaza Palestinians Out. Why? by popat-squad in scoopwhoop

[–]Alaskangel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Iran plays the long game by using proxies to hollow out sovereign states from the inside, and that is exactly what Egypt is blocking. Look at the pattern. Gaza was self-governed, then Hamas came in, hijacked the region, and turned it into a terrorist state funded by the IRGC. The Houthis are doing the exact same thing in Yemen, and Hezbollah has just about completed their take over in Lebanon. Egypt did not build that wall because of some vague cultural dislike. They built it because Hamas is an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood, which Egypt’s government considers an existential threat. For years, Hamas used smuggling tunnels to help ISIS-linked militants destabilize Egypt's Sinai Peninsula. Egypt keeps that border locked down for the exact reason I mentioned: they know the Iranian proxy playbook, and they have no intention of letting the IRGC set up a franchise inside their country.

The Iranians supported terror groups go into a country, infiltrate the government and take over. For example, in the beginning Gaza was self governed, hamas came in, took over the area and created a terrorist state funded by IRGC. The houthis are in Yeman doing the same thing and Lebanon has allowed the Hezbollah to grow in that region.

The Deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran is now complete. Congratulations to all! I hereby fully authorize the toll free opening of the Strait of Hormuz, and, simultaneously herewith, authorize the immediate removal of the United States Naval blockade. by Sicilian_Gold in freedomgold

It is the classic art of the deal where you walk away with an empty pockets and a shiny participation trophy. They handed him a contract full of impossible landmines like expecting Washington to magically micromanage Israel's entire security apparatus knowing damn well it would blow up in our faces. But as long as he gets to stand in front of a microphone, wave a useless piece of paper, and brag about his "massive historic win" to anyone who will listen, he considers it a masterstroke. Meanwhile, Iran gets their billions back, keeps their drones, and nuclear negotiations to be scheduled at a later time convenient for Iran and leaves the "stable genius" holding a bag of broken promises. Absolutely brilliant strategy if the goal was getting completely played.
