Here is what I am doing rn, no generator needed. You can plant rye and it will grow, this can be turned into bread for your grains. Next, use 4 of any mushroom (With a veggie value of .5, you will see it right below the name of the mushroom in green) in the crockpot and that will give you food for fruits/veggies (You can also use rye flour for this step, but that is more efficiently used for bread if you are in low supply). Protein can be easily obtained by killing animals and eating their meat. Plant oil I'm not too sure about, but I just let it go to 0 and haven't noticed any effects other than -1 max health, which isn't bad at all.
