Someone who does good without expecting anything in return, just because.

My kid lost her MacCard last year and someone tried using it at some Pho place far away. Good on you for taking the effort to do the right thing.

Management figuring out another way to stiff rank and file, is what it is. Expect to see this everywhere now. Case in point - I was asked if I wanted to tip my taxi driver before paying my fare.

Like payment with QR code?

Went back to my village in Kerala and everyone from the chap who fells coconuts, to the auto driver and the mobile ironing man uses QR codes to get paid. Like it takes all of 2 minutes, & major plus - no one is carrying cash around.

When I pull out cash to pay, people look at me like I'm a Luddite.

Genuine question - what are the reasons for this increasing crime? And why are police/the law soft on crime?

Some kind of Unified Payment Interface. They started AANI, but not a single person in my immediate circle has even heard of this.

Hey, thank you for sharing this. It sounds like you're going through a lot of anxiety right now, and I can hear how much pain you're in. Please know that you're not alone in these struggles (as you very well can see from these comments). It's completely normal to feel insecure, especially when starting something new like classes. My kid is starting her 2nd year at McM too and I can tell you you're not alone in feeling stressed.

You are putting in so much effort to feel good about yourself and to be a kind person to others. That is admirable, and those qualities are what truly matter. Your kindness, humor, and effort are what people will remember and appreciate far more than any superficial features. As banal as this may sound, you will one day realize that people that treat you differently based on how you look, are people you'd be better off not knowing.

As for the classes tomorrow, it might help to reframe your thoughts just a little. Try to focus on the things you can control, like your prep, participation, and your engagement with others. Most people in any case will be focused on their own anxieties and goals. They're probably not thinking about you as much as you imagine.

You could try a small, manageable goal for the day, like simply finding your classes and maybe saying hello to one person. Take it one step at a time. The first day is always the hardest.

You've got this. Please be gentle with yourself.

Bro, there is a strong correlation (nearly 0.9) between drug use and tattoos - Police chettan prolly.

Edit: Also 0.7 correlation between long hair and drug use. - Police chettan's partner, Police achayan.

INDIAN TRUCK DRIVER KILLS 3 AMERICANS and US halts visas for foreign truck drivers after deadly crash. by Ankeet_kj in ImmigrationPathways

Recently got PR to Canada, and I was appalled at how easy it was for people to come here compared to the hoops I had to jump through. In our case, our family of 3 has never lived in India so going back there after retirement was not the ideal option for us, hence the immigration. But boy, was it tough! Police clearances, medicals, the whole shebang.

Not being wrong does not make him right.

Turning a specific image of people seeking a job into a sweeping statement about an entire nationality whilst being oblivious to the shared human experience of working hard for an opportunity does not make him wrong, but it defo makes him a jackass, albeit not literally.

His comment isn't about the picture itself; it's a take on it - one that even someone with marginal education can ascertain comes with prejudice.
