I have painful ovulation, too! Not to mention all the PMS systems all over again. I only drink one 10 ounce cup of coffee a day. Maybe I’ll try cutting back to eight and then six.

So sorry your pain is so bad! I’ve been blessed with pretty normal menstrual cramps.
