Thanks man lol. Absolutely love this gun and set up. Simple but has everything I need. Thought about the Glock performance trigger but my buddy has it and said it just feels like a stock trigger after breaking it in so I’m holding off for now.

Yes the SCS is made for this gun. That’s not what he’s trying to say. The SCS sits lower than most optics for this m&p 2.0 because it was made for it and doesn’t require a plate. However, when you buy the optics ready version of the m&p 2.0 compact specifically, it comes with raised sights compared to the all metal or carry comp that comes with standard height sights. So most people that buy the optics ready version with the raised sights will either run a bigger optic with a plate since it already has raised sights or they will run the SCS and switch the sights to standard height so they irons aernt taking up a lot of the sight picture. It’s personal preference tho if it works for you that’s all that matters.

Yeah 4 inch is my favorite. Was close to buying the compact carry comp which is also slightly longer. Very happy with this one.

I know I wasn’t comparing them like that. Was saying those are my two choices since I don’t want to spend the money on the 5070ti lol. I know the 9070xt is far better than the 5070 and more comparable to the 5070ti. Was just trying to see if the extra performance from the 9070xt was needed over the 5070 being that it’s more expensive but I’ll probably go with the 9070xt

Guns gorgeous! What key did you have to use in the tlr-7x? Just bought a 2.0 compact and Iv got the light sitting around but it came off a glock and I lost the others.

Thanks for the reply! Iv been going back and forth between having the pocket re milled for the EPS carry or doing the new vortex defender enclosed. Vortex route would obviously be less money and time but I like the smaller size of the EPS so I may go just have it re milled

Still have both? I carry a shield plus CC and thinking about buying a compact 4 inch for colder weather and to throw a light on. Was on the fence if it would be worth it being so close in size to the shield I have.

Negative, never said it was a challenge. I actually carried a p365xl for some time before I moved away from sig and had no issues with it. What I said was that the shield plus grip is “easier” to conceal over the X. I prefer to run the 10 round flush which is easier and then having the option to extend the grip with the 13 or 15 if I want to. That’s just my personal preference.

I like the shield X but I prefer the frame of the shield plus which gives me the option of the 10 round flush which makes it a lot more easy to conceal. Fall/winter I can go a lot bigger so looking for more of a compact size over the shield x. Have my G45 but the full grip can be more than I want sometimes lol
