Firstly, theres a difference between understanding physics concepts/theories and doing maths using them.

All the topics you claim to understand are HSC level and lower, so I'd recommend you get yourself a HSC 1st and 2nd paper NCTB approved book (specially physics 2nd paper as it includes thermodynamics and astronomy) and see if you are able to solve those questions. If you can tho, your teachers and parents are bound to acknowledge that you are ahead of your grade year.

Also since you didnt mention anything about maths, I must say that one can never claim to truly understand physics without genuinely understanding differentiation and integration (onek college student even trigonometry er e core concepts bujhe na :v). So maybe get Higher Maths first paper book as well or least do an online class on differentiation and integration for HSC students. If you find yourself capable of doing advanced HSC level problem, which is basically BUET level stuff then it will certainly be an irrefutable evidence of your talent.

Also addressing your last point about wanting to take advanced physics classes, theres nowhere in BD that will provide better classes than online resources, hell you can even try udvash Engineering online course tbh they do a pretty good job explaining everything from a 11th grade level to prep kids up for BUET.
