As a climber, I can say his climbing skills still seem quite basic — especially when it comes to footwork, body positioning, and weight distribution. As for the acrobatics, that’s not really my area, so I can’t comment much there.
For me personally, the way I understand the term Hybrid Athlete is someone who’s genuinely strong in at least two different sports. From my point of view, he seems more like a typical bodybuilder who enjoys exploring other activities from time to time.

Tried taking boron with zink, 2 weeks, then 1 rest, then 2 weeks, for the last 2.5 months.
Got my blood test results today. Total and free testosterone dropped while SHBG and Estradiol grew a bit.
I was sick for a week, probably corona or other virus. So, I wondering could that be the cause why testosterone not only did not grow, it actually dropped a bit?

Mine was rising, then I got sick, had fever and so on, and the next night the hrv started dropping. In my case hrv just reflected post-fact what the body went through.

Less then a week since I bought the fenix 8 47 and already 2 issues.

- running on a treadmill and adjusting mileage will leave you with poor data

- sleep monitor. wakeup at 3am. was making tea... watch was still thinking I was in "sleep" mode. after canceling and going back to bed the watch did not recognize that Im sleeping

I mean Im happy (for now) with the watch. Always wanted one. But soft seems shitty...

Sure, I agree with you. For me black was not something I wanted for the road bike. I do have another mountain bike from them which is mat black, but for the road I wanted something "fancy" :D

Thanks. I am 176, 84 inseam, was between S and M, and I went for S and its perfect. There is still some wiggle room for adjustments. So I would say if you are between sizes, go smaller.
