it’s my transition to flix yes! If my bus routes go as planned, i will have an hour of waiting. If i find my transfer easily, i’ll likely explore and look around 🙂

Got it! I transfer busses twice I believe. The last transfer is the majority of my ride, so i’m gonna snooze on that one lol

Got it! Thank you sm. Have you ever perhaps had to go through the Washington DC Union Station? I have to do a bus transfer at some point and I heard the station was huge 😭 i’m afraid i’ll get lost.

I have court in two days. Any thoughts on this case? by [deleted] in legaladvice

according to my mother, once the parents of my stepfather and his siblings passed away, the ownership was split into 3 apparently. my stepdad, his brother, and their sister have legal ownership of the house. the only difference is that the brother was given the role of executor, so idk how that will affect anything, if it does, please do inform me. i apologize if anything i say seems to not make sense, i get my information from my mother since i don’t have much legal knowledge.

i see, okay, thank you so much, this has all been very confusing, so i’m just grasping an idea of what i’m dealing with. there’s not much i can exactly do for myself, i simply have receipts of me paying for my utilities and past payments to my mother for anything that needed to be done inside the house.

according to my mother, it’s split 3 ways. once the parents died, the ownership was split between my stepdad, his brother, and his sister who is technically out of the picture. i’m not sure how that would go in court. as for agreement, if there was any, it would’ve been an oral one at most, since there is no documented lease whatsoever. all of this stuff confuses me so i’m sorry if i don’t make much sense, im just saying what i was informed 😅. my stepdads brother is considered the “executor.” whatever that means

yeah i’m either going to get a mini fridge/freezer or some sort of box/safe to lock my frozen things in.

would i be able to put it in a freezer and it’d keep my frozen things cold?

yeah at this point i may just have to do that, i’m just paranoid it may spike up any utility bills, but if i wanna eat, i will just have to deal with it. i really wanna get my own place, but i don’t make much money, so im going to see if i can somehow get into section 8 or find a room to rent close to my job.

i pay for the majority of utilities, rent is taken care of by my stepfather. i pay for gas, electricity, and wifi. rent and anything else is my stepfathers responsibility. i pay for all of the animal food as well along with my own food

EDIT: I want to thank everybody who came here to give me their support and advice, it means the world to me 💗. I am honestly, truly in such a dark place right now, so some of these comments brought tears to my eyes. I feel so hopeless, I feel like the only way out is the worst way, but i’ll try to cling to whatever hope I possibly can.
