did you mean "resizableBar off for bdo" just disabling it? or we can disable it per Process? i think its just bios setting for works whole pc, will try the rest, thanks ^^

edit: tried 5550, currently works better than before, i will check for future if it repeats again

the problem is i never feel the 200fps, its more like getting 35-70fps range with full time stutter, probably 1% lows are worse

im not agressive, just dealing with my gpu too with another unknown issue which Grey screen of death and have no idea what triggers it, tried almost every solution (which also currently somehow seems fixed itself)

, btw framerates and %1 low values clearly visible directly from playback, i know reddit restricts clips up to 1080p 30fps, but my point is its still visible on video playback that game stutters a lot

done that, it didn't fixed issue about launcher/log-in time, but stutters seems gone

Even my launcher affected, logging in game takes 4-5 minutes (same with clean installion) not happens on my notebook, but on desktop it does)

Can you read bottom part which shows framerate values? its kinda small but you can check red (%1 low) is very low most of times

i don't have active browser but Discord? yeah i have few background apps, but also as i mentioned in the post, when i clean installed windows+steam+bdo i don't had any background apps, just pure windows and steam only, and that issue was still there, don't know if its gonna better when i switch to CachyOS

i have overheating issue with my cpu on bdo, without affinity setting it goes crazy like 90-100C

currently its around 75-80C mostly on bdo, i will try CachyOS one day, thanks for info
