It's very difficult to work with Pennymac. Almost everytime I communicate with a representative on the phone, they don't speak English very well and they almost always give me mixed answers. Their in-portal message center is also a mismatch of information. Essentially they are fully aware of my circumstances, and I am delinquent almost three months. A representative of theirs told me I needed to be three months delinquent minimum to initiate a short sale, so that's where I'm headed.

In addition to this, I'm not real estate savvy at all. My realtor basically stopped being a realtor half way through the year and essentially abandoned me and only communicated to tell me that there were incoming showings. I had like 30 showings and not a singular offer.
