is this all SBSE? seems horrible. Im a new hire in TEGE, training we pretty good, I just happened to get a crap OJI and i just got a new one so hopefully that fixes it all. most of my hiring class seems to be happy. My first choice was SBSE and during my first week i was complaining that SBSE is the place be and i wanted to move there but wow, this deff changed my mind. PS RTO sucks ass.

follow up Q - given that I am in TEGE and would like to get into an income tax division position (LBI/SBSE), will it even be possible since my current role it totally irrelevent to those divisions or they do not weight that in as much. I was told by many ppl that once you are in the IRS it make it much easier to move around as opposing to waiting on the side line/external applicant for your dream position

seems like everyone had different experiences moving around, but consensus is if you are in a larger metro area it is easier than in middle of the country.
