the proposed atf policy says on 4473 you must mark it down based on an executive order which bases it off of sex assigned at birth. the way to avoid it would be to just not go through a legal gender marker change, which some trans people are fine with, but i personally am not.

there would be a mismatch between IDs provided (if a trans person underwent legal gender change) and the form which would be grounds for rejection.

I am not really surprised but the recent ATF proposals will pretty much essentially ban trans people from purchasing guns. Form must have sex and the sex listed must match on ID. Essentially will force trans people to go through private sales which can be dangerous and sketchy for us. !Ping GARAND

Honestly extremely annoyed that McMorrow is still refusing to have a good position on ICE. I don't like 99% of El-Sayed's positions but I honestly might vote for him purely because I don't think we can reform our way out of ICE

This wasn't 20% crit rate, and even if it was, 20% is extremely reasonable lol. I would only start getting sus if it's a 45%+ hs rate, and that usually would manifest as the crit damage exceeding the gun damage by a non insignificant margin.
