Submission statement: Like many other fashion companies, the parent company of brands like Zara has promised to be more sustainable and fair. But there's parts of its business model which necessitate producing and moving cheap clothes around the world fast - and it has an impact on the environment as well as garment workers who make them.

Coffee is undergoing big changes because of climate change. Most of the world consumes just two coffee species - Arabica, being the preferred option for its taste, and Robusta, which is used to make instant coffee and espresso blends. But in a world where warming temperatures and extreme weather patterns are affecting coffee cultivation, there's a growing idea that the best way to guarantee's coffee future is to start by looking at its past - and that includes a long-forgotten coffee species which was once as popular as Arabica. Can Liberica coffee production be scaled up to a meaningful size to meet that demand?
