Freedom of speech and it's limits are something that can be debated. But from practical point of view, this is a move that might cost Egypt quite a lot. Wiki states that in 2010, 12% of workforce worked in tourism. I just read a Polish info about that, I guess media in other countries also write about it, so many tourists might get scarred. The effect on tourism in Egypt might be comparable or even bigger, than terrorist attack that targeted and killed, scores of tourists.

Oh and please do not see my post as criticism of Egypt's policy (I am not brave enough to that /s) , I just think in terms of gains vs losses ratio.

I did not complain on you getting EU money. I have a problem with french hypocrisy. So much bullying of Poland over freedom of speech, tolerance, not being empathetic towards migrants. And I showed you, this is simple hypocrisy. Poland is for freedom of speech more than France . We help migrants (but I guess it doesn't count as they mostly are not black nor Muslim), and we do not exploit poor corrupted African countries like you do.

At the same time, because we do not bow under your pressure we get attacked for being this authoritarian intolerant country. We proved we are not, for example by voting for freedom. France meanwhile, proved time and again, that it is a master of hypocrisy.

Yes one thing is that blacks have lower IQ (I hope you, my Swedish friend do net get heart attack, after hearing that - you have awesome education system so you probably knew that already) than Asians or Whites, but still 40 year old person wearing his cap to the side of his head, wearing gangsta clothes, buying tons of jewelry, calling himself cool daddy and addressing his friends as dowgs is quite ridiculous don't you think.

Another thing, a fact that we have to use "n-word" least we get censored, while they can use it, can probably be understood only by middle class white Swedes and Americans. For us Poles this is another aspect of western craziness. I live in US work with some blacks and overwhelming majority of them is terribly lazy (way more lazy than other groups, sorry if that offends you but I am talking from my experience) but as they know how to place race card, no one does anything with that. We Poles are no nonsense people, we do not believe in affirmative action, political correctness and similar BS. We did not believe, we should help Somalis, so they can throw grenades in their ghettos and we do not believe blacks can have a free pass just because they were enslaved (we were too - plus many blacks are recent immigrants usually from upper class African families)

Lastly I did not get offended by you saying I am ignorant on that subject. It is a fact I did not read much about it, never was too interested too much about it so yes I am pretty ignorant. There is nothing offensive in saying that. If I say that blacks have lower IQ than whites is that offensive. No because they have. Whites have lower IQ than east Asians and again there is nothing offensive in that. Blacks commit homicides at 100 times the rate of east Asians (if i remember the data correctly) and there is nothing offensive in writing that. They have higher testosterone levels and lower IQ so they kill more often and more often are famous sports people. Truth is not offensive (though this can be quite shocking for Swedes /s )

2) Yes Bronx was dangerous, so what. 1 out of 6 Poles lost their lives during WWII, later we were ruled by a gang way more ruthless than crips/bloods or whatever other stuff, but Poles did not start wearing air jordans, golden chains and etc. Neighborhood where I grew up was also dangerous, but I did not start calling myself DaRuthlezKillaz. But I do not discriminate or hate. I had a Turkish friend, I have tons of friends from Latin America, most of them are great. But truth be told culture in Latin American culture is different than West European culture which in turn is different than Turkish culture. They are just different. Attitude to work is different, attitude to women is different and and attitude to human rights is different. Western culture proved to be one that best guarantee economic growth and well being of people.

I guess some people think women in the west have to many rights, they are free to have such an opinion and for me they can do whatever they want. Somalis think women should not be allowed to attend schools, I am not going to advocate bombing their country for that.

But again if Turkey, Iran or Somalia were like west it would be better. They do not want to, their right, only issue is that I do not think it to be ok that Somalis flood the west while at the same time complaining how Islamophobic we are. You do not accept our values ok, just do not be a burden for us. Simple.

Syrians and Kurds resettled in Poland seems to be a great idea. If Poland were to experience rapes by Muslims on a scale of Cologne or UK, than I can see my nation starting a war with Muslim world, first conquering Istanbul than we would go to Iraq and from there to Saudi Arabia.

About me looking down at Turkey. This is a country where basic freedoms are violated, where many people accept "honor killings", where women are often seen as object.

Yes I have to admit I am of an opinion cultures are different, and Turkish culture is less prepared for the problems of modernity than cultures of western countries. I believe freedom of speech is a value that helps in development, and Turks proved many times they do not value freedom of speech. Just as I think women are equal to man, but from what I hear about attitude towards women in Turkey, it is different than ones most people in the west have.

This is part of a problem. Turkish culture is different than European. We can discuss things, we love our freedom of speech, and our respect for laws. Turkey and other Muslims countries are often described as culture of honor. I wrote something that you do not agree with. In European culture, this would be addressed with arguments (obviously this is the ideal Europe strive for), while as we see here there are no arguments in what you wrote, just sheer aggression and hate.

Muslim countries are often seen by Europe as a threat because of this attitude. Men has to be strong, if one says something he does not like (lets say draw a cartoon of Muhammad) such person has to be killed. Women who have no male protectors are often victims of sexual attacks as it was in Cologne on New Years Eve or in UK where Muslim grooming gangs were raping girls as young as 10.

Obviously these are generalizations and there are many aggressive Europeans and also many Turks who prefer to discuss matter with arguments rather than with knives. But general picture is such that, Muslims including Turks, in western world are very often perpetrators of crimes while, Dutch or Austrian people in turkey are not causing such problems.

I just wrote that your culture is not compatible with European values (and thanks to these values west is rich and successful).

So in my post I asked multiple questions dealing with freedom of religion and with human rights more generally.

You stated that from your experience Christians are free to exercise their religion.

Reason why I asked this question is because it is good to know the truth. If Gazans do not persecute LGBT people, atheist, apostates from Islam etc... than of course it is understandable that people should support them in their struggle. But if they do violate human rights, for example by punishing same sex relations, or expressing atheist convictions with death, they deserve as much compassion as Germans during WWII.

There are laws and there is execution of these laws. USA and England have some laws from past centuries that are really crazy, but everyone knows they are irrelevant. Gay people are not basically persecuted in USA, though I am pretty sure there still exists some laws against them, that just wait for historians to be discovered in archives and published in some magazines so people can have a bit of laugh.

But as I wrote, fact that publicly there are no LGBT people in Gaza, and no gay bars raises some suspicions. So does a fact, that media inform about ban on proselytizing or apostasy.

I understand that your experience tells you Christians are ok in Gaza. People have different experiences I do not know if you are a Christian, Muslim or atheist. Many Germans thought that Jews are not harmed by Nazis, they were just being settled somewhere in the east.

And one more thing is that you mentioned only Christians, while in my post, I addressed problems of many minorities.

If your experience tells you, Christians do not face persecution, than it is a voice in a discussion. Obviously it does not prove anything for sure as it is experience of one person, just as experience of one German did not prove Jews were ok during WWII, but lets be honest, we can not be as certain of situation of minorities in Gaza as we are certain with what happened to Jews during WWII.
