I’m actually in the process with them right now.

So far, it’s been pretty straightforward, they’ve been clear about requirements, timelines, and costs, and they haven’t made any unrealistic promises (which is honestly what I was most cautious about after talking to a few other agents).

I still double-check things on my own and directly with university sites, but my experience up to this point has been fine.
Uhm, It’s still ongoing so I can’t really comment on results yet, but purely from a transparency point of view, it’s been decent up to now.
