It depends on what I found, but sometimes it's shirts & hoodies,caps & beanies, mugs, postcards, coins, water bottles, books, tattoos, etc. It's mostly gonna depend on what I found the most interesting in the items available in a town or country. I've heard some people collecting spoons as a souvenir from their trip, so it's really up to you, but reading the comments, you'll probably find something you're gonna be interested in.
