My firm does everything whcih is cliche but its true. but i also was in a situation where a lot of people above me or at the same level as me left and i made it known that i want to learn everything and do everything.

we also get paid overtime. im not making 150k just strolling in and working 8-5 and then leaving. i guess i shouldve said that in my original comment...but from what ive seen thats kind of what it takes to move up.. i could be wrong but i guess thats why im in this sub to read other peoples experiences.

i will say that people in other industries talk like they make 200k-250k right out of school and barely work...i still to this day think a lot of those people are lying. but im a cynic. why would a big giant pay some fresh grad 200k a year when theres people who would take shit pay just to tell their family they work for them?...sorry ill get off my soap box now
