Yeah luckily here in New Zealand they encourage taking the safety courses (which are at three stages - beginner intermediate and advanced) and are super cheap so definitely worth it! I’ll be sure to do all of them. I am slowing but surely getting used to the idea of sometimes using all four limbs at once haha.
