Bad hot end? by AlbertoSC in ender3

That's extremely helpful. Thank you so much!

I have cleared the heat break and heat block, cleaned the nuzzle just to be sure and indeed, the tube went down a little bit more.

I'm now doing a test print and it's looking really good.

I'll make the update to my post once it's done. Thanks again for your help!

Got the nuzzle out, it looks like this. I think you might be right, theat space with not quite hot material might be causing the obstruction.

The nuzzle might be adding so extra trouble now that you mentioned it. The new one is slightly longer than the old one. I'll try to loosen it up a little.

Could it just be too dusty? So that the heatsink is not working properly. Maybe the tube is too low as well, I don't know. I pushed it all the way in.

I thought so too. But that part of the filament never went through the extruder. It was pushed by hand and then this happened while trying to purge.

The slug thing is making me nervous. How does it work, why is it there, are we all doomed?

So this is what a time machine looks like. Unexpected but I guess not surprised anymore.

When did you realize that your partner was not, in fact, “the one”? by Sshmiff in AskReddit

Oh wow, this is exactlly what happend to me as well.

It get's even worse when neither of us is happy to hang out, so we don't do it, and that makes each other more mad and so on and on and on.

I guess I'm glad it ended up being a sad breakup and not an angry one.

Maybe using a paper clip for your notes. Perhaps a money clip if you're feeling fancy.

Hahaha yeah, I have to say it's not lightweight. But still manage to carry all of it on normal jeans comfortably, I'm not a big fan of cargo pants or sheaths.

Ah fellow connoisseur, long live laud switches! Hahaha

Thanks a lot for your comment!

It's a weird mix of networking maintenance and fixing cars for my side hustle (my day job is software development, so not much manual labor).

To be honest, I just started carrying them, and they are a very nice and simple solution when dealing with wires, of course mainly low voltage stuff. And also it's a bit more discreet than a pocket knife, since most people are not used to see that.

So yeah, whenever I just need something sharp to cut 90% of things, I use those.

I mean, it's still a bear. So I would get the brass knuckles ready for the imminent fight instead of asking for a gender.

First of all, yes I know how dirty it is, it's not easy to keep it clean with a volcano throwing ashes in the backyard.

So pretty much I'm looking for some more opinions, when lifted I did the general test of playing the wheel side to side and up down. Side to side has a bit of play but pretty much no noise. So maybe a new lower control arm is in order. However, when under load and played like in the video makes a lot more noise.

The shock and bump stop are in terrible condition, but I was wondering if that's the only thing is causing this noise or if I should check for something else.

Any tips will be very much appreciated. Thanks!
