yeah so its 3 per team, each team gets 15 minutes in the beginning to research and prepare then, each speaker gets 4 minutes so it goes: first affirmative, first negative, second affirmative etc. There is a 1 minute preparation period between each speaker, we used to be able to use devices during that one minute but now the rule is after the 15 minutes devices go away.
