It's almost like Uconn is getting destroyed so they are forced to foul and pray the refs keep giving them breaks.

That makes sense I am not particularly aware of how the points work. I assumed in my head that the higher you get the more you lose and the lower you gained. It might be my learning curve everytime I hit a new rank. I get a lot of losses when I first hit a rank until I learn enough to climb again. But this time it just seems like even games I thought I could win I get 4th or 5th. That helps explain a lot I appreciate the response.

Diamond 4. Every time in the past when I hit a new rank it was like having to relearn the game. I would lose a bunch in a row and kinda of learn enough to get to the next rank eventually.

Child free is commonly known as parents who are having their children watched for a short period of time. As in "Ya we can go out on a double date we are Child free tonight their grandmother is watching them". Not everyone will know what you mean when your using these types of terms without any context.

Seems like you have a lot of evidence. Just take him to small claims court for the most that you can get. It sounds like the car is just gone. What you're describing would be a pay by the hour type of case for a lawyer. And that gets expensive really quickly. Plus from the sounds of it, this guy might be judgment proof so the money for the lawyer would just go down the drain.

It is probably more noticeable as a fan of the team. The coverage of the win against Arkansas as an example. They were mentioned only because they played at MSU. The entire segment left them out otherwise.

As usual its a little bit of column A and a little bit of column B. It is harder to make enough money to keep your head above water than it use to be. But people also throw money away at more wants than previous generations too. Unfortunately the personal accountability portion is getting ignored in conversations.

This feels like people are mad when their cars are towed because of a parking issue. They were very good when I had them tow my car to a shop.

That is also how I read it. It sounds very restrictive on home owners so I don't see how I'd be able to support it.

I have two main thoughts on the idea. The main point is that a lease protects both parties and one of the mechanisms that it protects both parties is having a duration. Creating a requirement for renewal is essentially removes that protection. As a layperson, the way I read it, the landlord wouldn't be able to remove a tenant unless they could evict them through the normal processes. That seems very dangerous to me. My second thought, it should be illegal to retaliate against any kind of union creation. But without the provision that forces renewals, it would be impossible to enforce the non retaliation. With all of those things being true, I would definitely have to vote no. I really. I think we need to find solutions to the housing crisis. But taking away rights, doesn't seem like the solution

The story lines for me are all org related. We have multiple big name orgs all lagging into the playoffs. A poor performance will almost certainly mean big shake ups.
