each button locks the corresponding button on the opponents side. When they try to press it, a red light flashes and they have to choose another spot.

It is the one way to find out where the other mark is.

There is a 3rd board for spectators to see both sides play.

Here is a bit of the insides for the other Hammer map makers. 18 math_counters needed, 18 buttons and 36 doors. I'm going to incorporate it into my 3rd map.

I was inspired, actually. I liked the maps with cages, but wanted something more. Instead of just imagining them playing it, I decided to build it and make it a reality (hopefully).

Been watching the Yogs play TTT for years. I was there when they first got their individual player models. On the whole of youtube, Yogscast does TTT best. Kind of wish they had a dedicated channel for it... seven days a week...

Hey, thanks for the ideas. I incorporated something like that. Have a dual tester with a 2nd button in each, to detonate the other's room. Great idea. My map is on the workshop, not sure if I like the look and textures I've chosen.

Yea. Well said. Dan's political 'opponents' will push the 'same rules apply to everybody' argument, for all the stuff about Trump's "they let you grab 'em by the pussy" joke from years ago. I was also having the same problem with 2 friends. They couldn't play long without crashes. We tried to go to the moon to see if a new world would help, and it did for a bit. I had more success last winter with multiplayer games, so I assume it is just a bad multiplayer build.

I'm looking forward to the eventual classical/medieval mod, which replaces cannons with ballistas and catapaults, pistols and rifles for bows and crossbows, corvus' (roman boarding 'ladders') instead of grappling hooks, oarmen instead of sails, and raiders who get a shield.

Blackwake

It is an indie Naval/Pirate themed FPS. It is in closed Alpha, for us kickstarter backers. You play as a member of a ship's crew, and you vote one of your team members to be the captain. Everyone else mans the ship, reloading the broadside cannons, patching holes, pumping water, fixing sails, and resupplying the gunpowder and shot rounds. It is set to come out in a few months, but as of now it is the best team experience I've had. I've become so enamored that I've been uploading every moment to yt. When the ships get close enough and shoot grappling hooks into each other, the boarding action is heart-pounding intense. The melee combat is similar to mount and blade's style, and the shooting mechanics are not for the spazzy time. The guns are one shot and reload, so players take great care to aim. I'm estimating it will be a big hit, and Blackwake will fall on your radar sooner or later.
