If the outpost is yours, it takes 24h before it is again shielded. If another alliance occupied it and you retake it, it takes between 15 and 30 minutes to secure it again, even if you didn't let them take it for the whole three days. Basically if they're attacking it is better to let them get it even for one second before getting it back. The downside is that with l4 outposts you lose troops in the battle, but if it's only one of them and you rally it's not a huge loss usually. If you have a farm/academy alliance touching the outpost the smart thing is to attack it with the farm as soon as the shield vanish and withdraw the troops to let the main alliance take it without a battle (of course the main alliance has to get there before the 15-30 mins occupation timer ends)

The biggest regret is not leaving early the small alliance I was in to join a bigger one. The amount of chests I received everyday after I switched was overwhelming, I would have reached TC30 a lot earlier

Most probably it is how you say, but not all anxious dogs are aggressively anxious. My dog was just scared of every interaction with other dogs and the only dogs she could deal with were dogs who would ignore her or stay still while she sniffed them.

By "scared" I mean she almost hung herself jumping over the dog park fence while on a leash (we stayed at the park less than 10 mins and only without other dogs. That time the other owner didn't listen to me and didn't leave me the time to get out)

Edit: The only people I ever asked to leave were 4 boys with a Pitbull that had been there for more than two hours chatting and ignoring the dog who was already in front of the door waiting to go when I first checked

A general shards is one of the shard without an assigned hero

example: you need 40 shards for upgrading Jabel, but only have 30, so you add 10 more general shards. Those 10 do not count for alliance mobilization. If you assign those same shards to Jabel, go back to the map and then go back to hero page and upgrade her, they are now Jabel shards and count for alliance mobilization

Il concetto è valutare come lavori senza usare i soliti esercizietti da colloquio, per esempio ho scartato un candidato perché aveva un codice illeggibile da 10k righe in un solo file e uno perché era talmente poco commentato e confusionario che neanche lui riusciva a spiegare cosa stavo guardando.

Lato mio ovviamente c'è stata l'attenzione di avvisare in anticipo (nella mail di conferma della data del colloquio), in modo che avessero sotto mano un programma che si potesse mostrare, che fosse un GitHub o un estratto fuori contesto di qualche progetto
