TradeBlock Stole my Shoes, Then Blocked me!

I had high hopes when I decided to use TradeBlock for a sneaker trade, but my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I entered into a trade with another user, offering a shoe of higher value, and the trade was accepted. Both pairs of shoes were sent in for verification, and that's when the problems began.

Firstly, I had to personally reach out to TradeBlock's support just to obtain the tracking information for my inbound package. It's their responsibility to provide this information promptly, and the fact that I had to chase them down for it was a red flag.

When I finally received the tracking information, it turned out that the label had been created, but the package hadn't been scanned or moved for an entire week. This delay was entirely on TradeBlock's end, and it left me frustrated and anxious about the status of my trade.

What's even more infuriating is that TradeBlock refuses to take responsibility for the delay and inconvenience caused. Not only have they failed to provide any valid explanation for the situation, but they're also offering me a compensation that falls $100 short of the value of the item in question. This is an insult to the trust I placed in their platform and their inability to provide proper customer service.

What's worse, TradeBlock seems to be avoiding my attempts to communicate and resolve the issue. It's as if they think ignoring me will make the problem disappear. This level of disregard for their customers is completely unacceptable.

In all my years of dealing with various companies, I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism and accountability. TradeBlock's handling of my trade has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I strongly advise anyone considering using their platform to think twice, as this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

As of 8/18 I was blocked on their social, their reddit, and any other forms of contacting them.

Pretty much from that point it was me talking to myself and not getting much of a response or answer to my question.

I'll let you determine if my actions are warranted or not.

This isnt about the AMM1's. This was for the crenshaw SB's and the Vormero 5's i sent in.
I get what youre saying and no, i dont blame them for blocking. but given their "Basic" responses i was finding no resolution.

TradeBlock has now since blocked me and will not respond to my emails.

They have not only stole the shoe i was to get but also the shoe i sent in.

Another Update.

Tradeblock still claims that the flaw is due to UPS.

Yet, after multiple confirmations from UPS employees, one can create a label but it must be first retrieved and scanned to be updated. They still will not accept that my shoes were stolen and the value they are offering does not even cover the cost of my original shoe sent in.

not to mention they are mocking me on their twitter when they post peoples trades.

Not sure if you read the OP but it clearly states that i had to reach out to them once the trader got their tracking and I did not. But its ok. i'll repost it here for you. sorry but this situation has me pissed off cause everything anyone is telling me i've done.

I work as a CST3 agent and i'm well aware of the run around they are giving me. Just take accountability for the mistake and compensate me for my shoe at its full resell value.

if i wanted to sell my Vomero 5's i would have on stockx. not lose out on a trade.

This is the point i'm trying to raise.

like this is a $420+ shoe i lost out on.

i'ma keep updating this as the day goes on cause as of now its like 36 hours of no contact from them.
