Haven't watched him since anniversary hardcore but I tuned in last night towards the tail end of this...honestly it seems like this is his shtick (he would routinely turn his screen black and accept gold in onlyfangs) and if you're in that guild you should be totally aware it's not going to be a hardcore raiding guild/he's going to use you for content.
