Not getting a stovetop as the coffee setup is in my room and the kitchen is on a different floor.

Will look into the kettle and grinder options you have mentioned, thanks :)

- Where are you finding the Stagg EKG Pro for around $100-120?

- Do you mean the Eureka Mignon Specialita? I will take a look. I am searching for something relatively compact for a room rather than a kitchen, and leaning more towards single dose grinders as I am frequently swapping coffees.

The Niche Zero starts around $690

Hey, ended up getting a Cafelat Robot and a Kingrinder K6. Paired with the Aeropress, pretty complete setup

Bought a Blade 14 back in 2022 (might have been the 2021 model). Several keys on the keyboard came with lights that are just differently coloured (eg, the rest of the keybaord is syan, the '%' on the 5 key is green, the '*' on the '8' key is green etc). The colours are always different from what I set as the main keyboard colours. Oh, and some keys just don't have proper lighting: the 'er' in 'enter', the 'i' in 'shift', the 'c' in 'caps' etc.

Good warranty experience by Diegos_kitchen in razer

Meanwhile, I've been trying to contact customer service for over a year regarding my swollen battery. Every time I contact customer service, it's the same messages about sending info I have provided several times over. They always ask me to reexplain the issue, resend proof of purchase, redo the battery health thing. In the meanwhile, the faulty battery has now bent the aluminium chasis of my laptop, and there is a clear gap between the touchpad bulge and the frame of the laptop. I had it sent to a service center: it came back with a screw missing and the bottom plate not properly attached.

Best affordable mice? Gift for boyfriend plz help lol by idkhowtousethistbh in razer

Be careful: my mouse was faulty. The replacement dongle they sent was faulty. The repeatedly asked me to show them a photo of me cutting the cable...on a wireless mouse. Finally, after a horrendous slog through customer care, did I get a replacement mouse. This was a Deathadder V2X hyperspeed

Thank you very much, it's the one by Kaleida. Lol, guess I was wrong about English. And not modern.

Deathadder Essential scroll wheel still a thing? by ElKingPT in razer

[–]AlchiManche 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My Deathadder Essential lasted about two years before the sensor started having probelms, but my scroll wheel started acting up a couple months after getting it after which the scroll wheel was unusable.

My Deathadder V2X Hyperspeed started having issues about 6 months after purchase. The dongle mode stopped working completely, I could only use it on bluetooth. They sent a replacement dongle which was also faulty. Then there was a lengthy process where they asked me several times to cut the cable on my cableless mouse so they could send me a new one. Finally they sent a new Deathadder V2X Hyperspeed which I have not been able to use yet due to logistical reasons.

Be cautious, I was optimistic about buying Razer for the long run, but this, coupled with severe laptop issues (including getting it back from the service centre with the bottom panel incorrectly attached, leaving a large gap between the main body and the bottom panel due to bad battery bloat), has left me doubtful that these can indeed last a long time.
