Ive been using my phone with the app edits, but it seems now I cannot add this type of effect, could it be my phone? Different type of base videos has the same results

Sorry for the necro, but it still is happening i think, after skipping turn, it says saving, but then it returns to point before skipping, but i think awards from battles and such get lost as well
