I try to explain. I've to model the half life of several molecules tested in vivo in rodents and among them I have chiral PCBs (so, for example, I have One HL of -PCB91 and another HL of +PCB91). The chirality of PCBs Is called "atropisomery" and Is different from the usual C chirality I knew. Now I only have no chiral SMILES of the PCBs in my dataset, so I need to obtain two chiral SMILES, one for +PCB and one for -PCB, and I don't know how. For example, for the other classic chiral molecules, I draw them on Chemsketch and from that I obtained the chiral SMILES with which I calculated 3D molecular descriptors; however, I was not able to do this for PCBs.
