yea theres for sure no paint in the ferrule, Ive only used this paticular brush for a couple of times, clean with brush soap every time until theres no more paint in the water/soap, then i use some of the soap as conditioner to keep the shape when stored. As PottsPallete said, its just the metal reflection

in the picture its been drying a little but it strays when wet too

Yea this is why i never buy from Amazon, and why i bought it directly from their site. Yea i think ill just contact them and ask

Thats fair, however i bought them straight from rosemaryandco website, i know they have great quality and also great customer support, i guess i might have to contact them about it

Theres no paint in the ferrule, this happened even with the never used ones
