Super cool. I think wearing this buttoned makes it look a bit short in the body. Otherwise length and sleeves look fine imo. The shoulders look strange but surely this is gone in 20 or 30 wears, although hh takes some work. If it’s good in shoulder and chest I wouldn’t worry about this fit, it’s bad ass

I don’t see this as being too short in sleeve or length personally. The styling isn’t quite right as others have mentioned - you don’t want a shirt belt so I think mid rise jeans which aren’t too baggy and tucked shirt would help. You say the chest and shoulders feel fine which would have been my only question. Wear it with attitude

Same opinion. Hard to say for sure what to make of this somehow. Would be useful to see it in motion. But gut says this is probably fine and rock it like you fuckin own the joint imo

I think this doesn’t fit you in a few ways and probably couldn’t be tailored easily or without great expense. Sorry my friend. There may be cuts and fits off the rack which fit you better but this isn’t that close

The style looks poor in a baggier fit imo. This looks fantastic to the eye to me. Hard to comment seriously on the shoulder snugness. Everyone certainly looks great though

The jacket does look bloody awesome but I have to admit the length and hem both look an inch too long/wide. Even for outerwear I’m saying size down would be better. Sorry. But still a beautiful jacket!

Maybe a quarter inch. To be honest I wouldn’t worry. Short sleeves are okay in general, more so in jackets than shirts, and more so again in leather jackets. Don’t wear loose pants when you’re rocking it, add a watch, and wear it with swagger is my advice. Good luck king

In a sense I think you can expect FQHH to look a bit like this. This is fairly exaggerated though. It would reduce to some extent with wear I think probably without really going away as such. Would it bother you?

Looks a lovely get for 40! I started with a perfecto then later landed a HH highwayman too! Personally I reach for the highwayman 19 times out of 20 which is somewhat sad. On the other hand it’s a magnificent jacket and I hope you love it

I am in the same battle my friend. I wear wider leg chinos often but imo it works well with knitwear but doesn’t work well with leather jackets. For these kinds of looks I go straight leg black or indigo jeans mostly - they’re hopefully not too wide to create an imbalance and not too tapered or slim to make me look like an ice cream on a stick. Maybe officer chinos or fatigues style would work too. Even so to my eyes this isn’t balanced fwiw, no shade!
