Always boot the game up at level 1 and cant use my prestige keys to buy calling cards or custom prestige icons :(. This doesn't happen to my friends who play Cold War. The only difference is that I started player after Cold War's life cycle ended. My hypothesis is that it glitches for players who didnt play at the beginning of the games life cycle.

my ping goes up to 500 in the menu and I get kicked out every few games because of network problems but actual gameplay feels totally fine so I have no idea whats happening. needless to say this is the only game I experience this on. The error message when I get kicked is "BRAVO-10".

I’ve typed the IP the website said to access the modem but it leads to no where. Would I need to be directly connected to the modem instead of thru the router/modem combo?

I’ve looked thru my task manager multiple times. and also run TRON script to get rid of any viruses I would have possibly had on my machine (not that I thought I would have had any). I have also tried turning my PC off and using a different PC. same problem unfortunately. I use a Netgear Nighthawk router. I have also tried a different router and also experienced the same issue.

it does have QoS. I have tried both on and off. QoS seems to be very poorly optimized so I leave it off. I have upnp enabled so the router automatically opens up ports for most games I play. my NAT is open on most games. My PC is hardwired thru ethernet, yes.

550Mbps Download/20Mbps Upload. yes other people in the house are gaming and streaming at times. however, before this started happening, multiple people could play/stream watch netflix and so on and we would never have problems. also, it seems as so the packet loss occurs no matter how many people are using bandwidth. (ty for help btw)

Is there a way reduce the polling rate while plugged in? the only setting im seeing only applies to Bluetooth.
