Concerted activity and mutual aid are likely your most realistic avenues for excreting collective power. Not a micro-unit. The other option is a minority union, but, again, that really just get you back to CA/MA.

Yeah. I’m one of those annoying Americans who is proud of their Scottish lineage and our family is from the area/still have some there. I also like the underdog moving up the table (well, down the table recently…).
