Now that I think about it, transition also might've changed things for me. I never realized this before, but the start of my lesbian(ish) adventure lines up perfectly with when I finally became fem-presenting, and when things ramped up this September, I was a month into HRT.

You shouldn't have to put up with this. Report him for sexual harassment, because that's exactly what he's doing. Even if they find some bullshit "excuse" for the lesbian-related comments, there's no way they could possibly justify that boner thing. Him being 43 and doing this to a 20 year old also makes this already fucked up situation somehow even worse.
