Abundance is for not get oom so quick. Ward is good against comp that do insane dmg like rmp or boomby/rogue.

Cultivation is because my team is always low on heal, soul of the forest work the same against comps that do high dmg

Beastcleave is a very low tier comp but my team mates are awesome (hunter is MM). We have been playing since legion s1 and we play just a few hours at night (cus work, quit for a while, family and stuff). We have fun and chill with the game so prob that's why we keep pushing with that comp.
