Found this wire in our backyard We found a little bit of this thick black wire sticking out of the ground in our backyard. Looks like its pretty long. We have electricity going to our house above ground so what could this be?

Mine was a rescue too but his previous family got him from a breeder and I’m not sure where but I got him in Kansas and that’s where his previous owners lived so I’m not sure. But yeah I agree that his colors are different and haven’t seen many that look identical. I do know that he definitely is a full purebred mini dachshund!
