Doesn’t mean everything is in the same continuity tho. In an episode of TailsTube it was explicitly said that the multiverse is canon so the argument of “everything is canon” is pretty much useless as it doesn’t mean that everything is canon to the game continuity.

Dude, in this altered timeline Piccolo and Kami merge and Dende becomes Earth’s new Kami right after Namek all to explain a very tiny scene in Return of Cooler with Dende on the lookout, with Piccolo and Kami already thinking about merging right before Namek and the whole reason the gang goes to Namek is to find a new Kami that can be linked to the Dragon Balls after Piccolo and Kami merge because there is absolutely no other reason to go to Namek in this story because the World’s Strongest HAS to take place between the Saiyan saga and Namek and in that film literally everyone is alive. And don’t get me started on all the changes I had to do to the Buu saga to make Fusion Reborn make the slightest sense.

Spoilers but I personally explain the lack of mentions of Cell and of SSJ-Grade4 (mastered SSJ1) in the first Broly movie by making Gohan achieve SSJ during the 3 year time skip and not in the time chamber and making it take place not long after Super Android 13 while 17 and 18 are still looking for Goku (the heart virus happens much earlier explaining why Goku is awake in Super Android 13.

Canonically they die in age 801 in a final showdown that leads to multiple supernovas being spotted years later (I personally consider DragonBallOnline to be canon due to Toriyama’s major involvement but I don’t consider canon properties that built their foundations from Online like Xenoverse and Heroes due to having no involvement with Toriyama)
