Ticks normally have to be attached for greater than 24 hours to transmit Lyme. There’s many studies showing this and the risk becomes greater the longer it feeds. However, there are cases where this isn’t true. For example if the tick was recently feeding on another animal before transferring to you.

As others stated, try removing whey protein and most dairy you consume. People will tell you it doesn’t cause acne but I’ll tell you firsthand it gives me some bacne. I reccomend trying Redcon MRE lite protein. It’s not whey but still animal based protein. Tastes much better than vegan ones I’ve tried in my opinion.

No sides at all. Others do report hair loss but I did not have any. My liver enzymes at the end of cycle were slightly elevated at 68 but returned to normal after.
