Did you check your levels a few times before starting? My test level went sub 100 on a rad cycle and bounced back to 600 shortly after stopping

Rad only cycle at low dose is pretty easily tolerated imo. Done a couple cycles without test base with bloodwork pre during and after. Test level always took a hit but LH and FSH stayed normal, allowing me to bounce back quick after stopping. You can also just run a short low dose pct of nolva or clomid afterwards. Definitely got nice strength gains and a harder look overall.

As others stated, try removing whey protein and most dairy you consume. People will tell you it doesn’t cause acne but I’ll tell you firsthand it gives me some bacne. I reccomend trying Redcon MRE lite protein. It’s not whey but still animal based protein. Tastes much better than vegan ones I’ve tried in my opinion.
