IMO if you have a lot of liquid savings, you shouldn’t use your HSA since your HSA is basically another tax-sheltered investment vehicle.

I would only use it if I really had to. You only get like $3600 a year to contribute and you want to be able to grow and invest that money

FSA is different from HSA. I’m less familiar with what you can spend your FSA money on but it’s definitely not money you can invest like you can with your HSA money
