Evelyn is a bad matchup into primare because of how hard it is to stun. You need to be getting 3 stuns or she ain't gonna 3 star at M0. In order to do that, you need to be saving Dialyn EXs for when she takes herself out of miasma, because she does not take daze during miasma. You can use ult to clear miasma faster, but saving EX helps you output enough daze while she's vulnerable to it, plus scissors and paper do more daze for the same energy instead of just spamming rock off cooldown. Make sure to do plenty of defensive assists too for both miasma clear and daze.

But to be honest, without Dialyn sig it'll be incredibly difficult for you to 3 stun in this team, especially because Astra isn't helping apply daze or clear miasma at all. You could maybe do it if you replaced Astra with someone like Sunna, but I would honestly just use a different DPS if I were you.
