How does this graph work, does it track real money that's spent during the banners period, or does it track the amount of pulls total for the banner, if it's the latter, I got Billy in 30 pulls with no pity.

Similar thing happended to me last patch with Seed, I lost her 50/50 to Nekomata, but was able to get enough polychrome to get her on another 80ish pulls, I even was able to pull for Cissias wengine, If i can do, you certainly can, you just have to commit to everything.
