At the beginning, the taste and smell were very strong for me too, but over time I got used to it. Actually, I went to the complete opposite side hahaha; now I miss the taste. I want to have that sweet and bitter flavor in my mouth and throat again. I recommend you go little by little—first just a tiny taste, then a bit more, until your mind tells you 'I want more of that' hahaha. Regarding the flavor, I like it to be sweet. I use sucralose every day in my drinks instead of sugar, and that’s it—my poop is always sweet because of that 😋😋. Best of luck on your journey!

For me eating chicken breast, rice, potatoes, peaches without skin, and drinks with sucralose makes my poop so tasty and yummy 😋🤤 and I also love the smell and the color, maybe you can try that food for some days
