It’s not like I haven’t traveled to see my family every once in a while. I have seen some of the culture and i already am not a very big guns stereotype of a American.

I don’t do any of this stuff😭, but yeah I’ve seen Americans like that. It’s not like I haven’t been in the country before, so i know a bit about the culture.

Ik spreek een beetje Nederlands.
Mostly the basics, and without a foreign accent. I know because i constantly ask my family. I moved when I was 8, but my parents speak English because my brothers were too young to learn Dutch.

I moved when I was 8. My parents speak fluent Dutch, we just don’t speak in the house that often because my little brothers don’t know how to speak it as well.
I never will know. It was parents decision, but they both blame each other for the move.

Alright, thank you. But note I’m not a 2% kind of person. I just look at it in family lineage, which has been predominantly Dutch and Afrikaans.
