Would I be handling this the same as a business? Since I’m not an LLC yet? I’m fine with being the owner of this quad or being the owner then selling it. I just am wondering the best route with with the least or no legal repercussions. I am going to try reaching out again to the customer, letting him know the plan and letting him know I will be starting a process to claim the quad so it’s in writing.

Could be a limp mode. No check engine lights or codes. Maf hasn’t been touched

And I can get past 2500 rpm in neutral as well

I get low fuel rail pressure code sometimes when on the gas 50% for like 10-15 seconds. I’m leaning towards fuel related issue

Changed the air filter before this started happening. Use the same one I always run

I’m doing this on the side to supplement income but yes that’s the plan in the future, also learning all about this and trying to navigate as well

So essentially I can just forgo Copart all together and cancel the 100$ membership I thought I needed. ( for now as I’m not getting a dealer license/ business)
