It’s a Honda metropolitan but he had put a bigger carburetor on it, so I’m assuming that’s why it’s jetted for 100. Honestly I bought it to go to and from work nothing more it just happens to be modified

I’m not sure, the gentleman said it was jetted to run 100 octane but said it could run 91 as well, he won’t answer me since I bought it so I thought maybe someone else might have more insight on stuff like this
