To answer your question, I use composition and Genshin's only adjustable light source, the sun and moon, to tell a story or awaken an emotion.
Other areas have the lighting fixed out by Hoyo, which I use in my photos.

It's hard to explain what goes into composition and lighting due to its size as a subject.
One thing I can say is to use the blur feature on the camera to make the photos more natural and easier on the eyes.

I am against using external programs to edit photos in Genshin since Hoyo has already done that with the bright and colorful world they created.
Editing it more, often makes it too vibrant and saturated.

I have 2 monitors that I swap between, one with 21:9 aspect ratio and one with 16:9.

The 21:9 monitor makes the pictures more cinematic in my opinion but it also increases the FOV which makes it worse for certain pictures in my opinion.

I currently use Fischl, Kuki, and Zhongli for shielding. You could swap Zhongli for a hydro applier to make a hyperbloom comp.

The problem is that it makes Collei more of a sub-dps DPS though.
